Select transcription / sign language interpreting services
Under Settings › Services, you'll find the transcription / sign language interpreting services you saw when signing up for Terpsy. You can add or remove any of them at any point. These reflect the services your agency feels comfortable offering. (Your providers might know others, but not well enough to offer them professionally.)
Select your communication modes
For the reason mentioned above, these languages and transcription modes are independent from the communication skills you check for individual providers. Remember to update those services if you decide to start offering new ones. Only the ones you check will show up, and they will appear in three different places:
- In the Job Editor, when you create or import assignments.
- In the public service request form, where prospects book services from your website.
- In the Account Manager, where customers schedule interpreting services from you.
Select or deselect as needed, and click Save changes to apply your new choice.
