Agency owner's name: Required

Number of users: Pick the number of staff members and interpreters / transcriptionists you need. You can change the number of users at any time, during or after your trial. In this form, this number is mostly used to determine whether to show or hide the multi-user features included in Terpsy. Required
Agency name: If you are a freelancer without a formal agency name, enter your full name: since this information appears on invoices, your clients will address their checks to whatever text appears as agency name. Required

Website: Optional: if you don't have a website, you'll get a link that lets prospects request service from you. Your customers will typically schedule interpreting directly from their Account Manager. Optional

Minimum advance notice: If you need 48 hours notice to accept an assignment, enter "2" (days). In the service request form, requestors who schedule an appointment will only be able to select a date that is at least that many days ahead. Required day(s)
Min. days to cancel a job: When your customers log into Terpsy, they will only see a "Request Cancellation" button for jobs that are at least this many days ahead.

Ideally, make this minimum number of days match the number of days where clients can cancel a job without being billed will for it. Required day(s)
Max. providers for a job: The highest number of terps / transcribers a requestor can select for a job. This helps filter out requests your agency cannot handle.

Base hourly rate: To keep this sign-up form short, we collect just one rate. Once logged into Terpsy, you'll be able to customize this rate's modifiers, like time of day, day of the week, holiday, and scheduled status (scheduled in advance / short-notice / last-minute) - and add more rates if needed.

Terpsy also supports billing per minute, per half-day / full-day (e.g., court assignments), or by session, with minimum billable duration. Required $ . / hour
Rate name: The rate name is displayed on your Rates page and invoices. Required
Rate description: This description (optional, but recommended) appears on invoices, for all jobs you bill at that rate. Filling in a default billing description for all your rates means that you'll spend no time doing it at invoice time. Optional

Invoice terms: Enter how soon your invoices are due once they're published: at least 7 days, typically 30. (This number of days is just used to set due-dates when you publish invoices - you can apply payments at any time.) Required days
